About us
Who we are
Life on Line Academy was created with one clear purpose: to help more people gain real knowledge and practical first aid skills.
We train members of the public, parents, teachers, schools, businesses and organisations, with an emphasis on hands-on practice, safety and confidence.
It is not enough for us that someone attends a course. What matters to us is what they will be able to do once they have completed it.
Our philosophy
At Life on Line Academy we believe that first aid is not simply knowledge. It is a skill that can make the difference at the most critical moment of a person's life.
Our Academy was created with one clear purpose: to offer meaningful training that is not limited to theory or to obtaining a certificate, but turns into real knowledge, practical ability and confidence.
For us, success is not measured by the number of courses or participants, but by what each person who trusts us truly learns.
That is why we place particular importance on hands-on practice, personal guidance and the time each person needs to understand and correctly apply what they are taught. We do not just want you to attend a course. We want you to leave genuinely better prepared.
We also believe that financial means should not be an insurmountable barrier to training. Where we can, we aim to offer learning opportunities to people who would otherwise find it difficult to take part.
Our greatest reward is knowing that our training may one day help someone stand beside a person who needs them.
This is the philosophy behind every course we teach.
How we teach
We believe first aid is truly learned through practice.
That is why our courses combine clear theory, hands-on practice and realistic scenarios, so every participant can understand and practise the core skills.
Training takes place in a friendly environment, with guidance, time for questions and an emphasis on applying what is taught correctly.
Clear theory
We explain the key principles in plain language, without unnecessary medical jargon.
Hands-on practice
Participants practise on training manikins and suitable equipment.
Realistic scenarios
We use examples and incidents from everyday life.
Personal guidance
We make room for questions, repetition and feedback.
Emergency First Response (EFR)
Emergency First Response (EFR) is an international organisation for training in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
Its training programmes emphasise hands-on practice, understanding of core skills and preparing participants for the initial response to emergencies.
Life on Line Academy offers different training options, depending on participants' needs.
