First Aid Course for Children and Infants in Athens
What do you do if a child chokes on food, gets hurt or stops breathing? Learn to react calmly and correctly, with hands-on practice on infant and child manikins.

Why take this course
Children explore the world with their hands and mouths. A small toy, a piece of fruit or a fall from the sofa can turn into an emergency in seconds. Most parents have wondered “would I know what to do?” — and this course exists to answer with a confident “yes”.
First aid for infants and children differs significantly from first aid for adults. Infant CPR is done with two fingers, choking management has different steps depending on age, and assessing a child who is unwell needs a different eye. On the course you practise on infant and child manikins, so you know exactly where to place your hands and how much force to use.
The programme is designed for people with no medical background. We speak plainly, answer all your questions and focus on what really happens at home, in the playground and at school.
