Our courses are taught by certified Emergency First Response (EFR) instructors. We focus on hands-on practice on manikins, in small groups, so every participant gains real confidence.
For businesses, schools, associations and groups we come to your premises anywhere in Athens, with all the necessary equipment — adult, child and infant manikins, plus a training defibrillator.

Where do first aid courses take place in Athens?
Courses take place in Athens, and for groups, businesses and schools we come to your own premises with all the equipment.
How long is a first aid course?
Most courses last about 3 hours, while certification renewal takes about 2 hours.
Is certification provided?
CPR courses and renewals lead to Emergency First Response (EFR) certification. For other programmes a certificate of attendance or certification is available depending on the programme.
Can I attend on my own or do I need a group?
Both. You can join a class individually or we can organise a course for your own group.
